春兰根状茎增殖分化的组织细胞学研究

摘    要:为了对春兰珍稀品种的组培繁育提供科学参考,对春兰组培产生的类原球茎、根状茎石蜡切片进行了观察,春兰类原球茎顶端分生组织不断分裂并延伸成为根状茎;根状茎节间的表皮或皮层细胞不断分裂形成侧生分生组织区,直接发育成芽或继续延伸成根状茎的侧枝.形成具多个分生组织区的丛生根状茎后再分化出芽.

Abstract:The paraffin cut sections of the protocorm and rhizome cultured from tissues of Cym.goeringii were observed to provide the reference for propagation of Cym.goeringii.The results showed that the apical meristem of Cym.goeringii protocorm was divided and prologated continuously to form the rhizome,the epidermal cells or cortex cells of the rhizome internodes were divided continuously to form the lateral meristem and the buds could be directly differentiated from the lateral meristem or indirectly differentiat...
