| 摘 要： | 1987年,作者用粪检法对河北农业大学鹌鹑饲养室的鹌鹑进行了球虫检查,发现有球虫感染,之后,采用单卵囊分离技术获得纯的Eimeria tsunodai球虫,并通过纯种卵囊扩大感染,对E. tsunodai球虫进行了详细观察及描述。

| Abstract: | The authors examined housing quails of Hebei Agricultural University by means of excrement inspection and found the quail was infected with coccidia. By seperating single oocyst the authors obtained pure E. tsunodui. After a line amplifying infection with pure oocyst the authors made detailed examination of the parasite and described the result in detail. |
