摘    要:连作障碍是中国现代农业发展的一个突出问题,植物根际促生菌(plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria,PGPR)的深入研究和发展为解决这一难题展现了诱人的前景.PGPR作为最具防病潜力与应用价值的一类生防菌,不仅能促进植物生长,增加作物的产量,还能提高防病能力.本文介绍PGPR的相关定义、优良菌株筛选及商业化产品等背景,分析PGPR的作用机制,包括直接促生作用和间接生防作用,并探讨其在解决植物连作障碍上的潜力,旨在为PGPR菌剂的推广及应用提供参考.

Abstract:Continuous cropping obstacle is a prominent issue in the development of modern agriculture, and the study of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria will provide possible methods to overcome this difficulty. As the most potential and valuable biocontrol bacteria, PGPR not only can promote plant growth, and increase crop production, but also can improve the ability to resist many diseases. This paper firstly introduced the background of PGPR(definition, screening methods and commercial products), then analyzed the mechanisms of PGPR, including direct plant growth promotion and indirect biocontrol; Meanwhile, the potential of PGPR in overcoming continuous cropping obstacles were discussed. In order to provide reference for the apply and promotion of PGPR products in the future.
