摘    要:对7种不同容器的无柄小叶榕、法国海岸松苗木质量进行比较,结果表明:不同容器无柄小叶榕和法国海岸松苗木间的苗高、地径、根质量、单干质量、叶绿素含量、单株氮累积量差异达显著水平;除根团质量及叶绿素含量外,其余各项指标随着容器体积的增加,苗木的各项形态和生理指标均呈上升趋势;网袋容器苗根团质量较优于塑料营养钵;无柄小叶榕宜选择规格为D×H=45mm×120mm的网袋容器进行工厂化容器苗生产,法国海岸松苗木质量参照马尾松二级苗的标准,规格选D×H=45mm×60mm的容器和规格为D×H=45mm×80mm的网袋容器用于培育二级苗,但不适于培育一级苗。可选地径、苗高,并辅之以叶片总叶绿素含量作为法国海岸松与无柄小叶榕容器苗苗木质量评价的主要指标。

Abstract:A comparative study on seedling quality of Pinus pinaste and Ficus concinna var. subsessilis bred with 7 different containers was done. The results indicated that there were significant differences in seedling quality indexes for both tree species including the height, basal diameter, root quality, individual seedling biomass, chlorophyll content and nitrogen accumulation by individual seedling because of the different containers. Most of the seedling quality indexes including the morphological and physiological indexes increased along with the container size increment, except for root system biomass and chlorophyll content. It was showed that the root quality developed in air-rooted container was better than that of developed in the plastic container. The web container with 45 mm(D) × 120 mm(H) in size was recommended for industrial breeding of Ficus concinna var. subsessilis seedlings. The web containers sized in 45 mm(D) ×60 ram(H) and 45 mm(D)×80 mm(H) could be used to breed class Ⅱ container seedling of Schima superba, but not qualified for calss Ⅰ seedling breeding. It was recommended that the basal diameter, seedling height plus the total chlorophyll content in the leaves to be the pivotal indexes to evaluate the container seedling quality for these two tree species.
