| 摘 要： | 生态水利是人类未来水资源利用的一种途径和方式,对于生态水利学涵义及其理论与实践方面的研究,国内外专家、学者已做了大量工作并取得了卓有成效的结果.在介绍上述成果的同时探讨了推进生态水利建设的措施,并对生态水利未来的发展进行了展望.

| Abstract: | The ecological hydraulic engineering is one way for humanity to use water resources in the future.The domestic and foreign experts and scholars have done much work for study on the theory and practice of ecological hydraulic engineering and obtained fruitful results.Above achievements are introduced and the measures for promoting ecological hydraulic engineering construction are proposed in this paper.Moreover,the future development of ecological hydraulic engineering is forecasted in the end. |
