| 摘 要： | [目的]研究NaCl胁迫对3个黄瓜品种种子发芽的影响，为黄瓜抗盐育种和盐渍土黄瓜丰产栽培提供理论依据。[方法]以3个黄瓜品种为材料，用不同浓度的NaCl溶液（0．2％、0．4％、0．6％、0．8％和1．O％）对其进行处理，以清水处理为对照，测定种子发芽率、幼苗根长和苗长。[结果]3个参试品种的种子萌发率、幼苗根长、苗长、最长侧根数及根数均存在随着盐浓度的增大而降低的趋势。[结论]总体来看，品种“博美53-1”最耐盐，“博美05-192”最不耐盐。

| Abstract: | [Objective] The effects of salt stress on the seed germinations and seedling growth of 3 types of cucumber varieties were studied to provide theoretical basis for cucumber salt tolerance breeding and high-yield cultivation on salt soil.[Method] With 3 cucumber varieties as material,they were treated by different concentrations of NaCl solution(0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8% and 1.0%) and the treatment with clear water was taken as CK.The seed germination rate,root length of seedling and seedling height were detected.[... |
