免疫牛乳中乳铁蛋白的水平研究

摘    要:应用ELISA法测定免疫牛乳中乳铁蛋白的水平,探讨除特异性抗体外,免疫乳治疗和预防感染性疾病的机制。结果表明,与非免疫牛比较,免疫牛的初乳中乳铁蛋白含量明显增高(P<0.05),提示特异性疫苗的接种对宿主合成乳铁蛋白等抗感染物质有促进作用。

Research on the levels of lactofferin in immune bovine milk

Abstract:We use ELISA methods to measure the levels of lactofferin in immune bovine milk in order to research how the immune milk treat and defend the infecting diseases expect because it contains the specific antibodies. The result show that the levels of lactofferin in immune foremilk increase evidently than it in non -immune foremilk(P<0.05). It suggest that specific immunization can improve the hosts produce their component such as latoferrin to prevent infect.
