金花茶Camellia chrysantha(Hu)Tuyama、种子早期发育的胚胎学研究

摘    要:金花茶子房3—5室,每室3—5个着生在中轴胎座上的具双珠被的倒生胚珠;薄珠心,内珠被的内层细胞不特化;胚囊为葱型;受精前两个助细胞同时退化;精子球形,与卵接触时稍有增大。描述了配子融合与三核合并的过程。双受精发生于开花四天之内,合子至少在受精后四个月才开始分裂,胚乳极少,合子分裂时只有数个胚乳核。大多数胚辣、胚囊都正常发育。对山茶属的分类进行了讨论;对落果原因进行了分析;对幼胚培养的时间提出了建议。

Abstract:Ovary of Camellia chrysantha (Hu) Tuyama. 3-5 locules, bearing 3-5 anatropous bi-integument ovules, axile placentation, ten-uinucellate ovule. The inner layer of inner integument not characterized; embryo sac allium type, both synergids degenerated before fertilization; sperm spheric, expended when it contact with eggnuclear. The process of syngamy and triple fushion were discribed,. dowdble fertilization appeared in four days after bloomming;zygote start to divided at least in four months after fertilization, endosperm very few, only several when zygote divided, Most ovule and embryo sac develope normally. The taxonomy relation of genus Camellia and the caurses of fruit drop were discussed. The collecting time of spicimen using in embryo culture and optimum fertilizing time were given.With 2 plate and 25 figures.
