内蒙古呼伦贝尔市草业发展对策

近年来,呼伦贝尔市草原退化、沙化日趋严重,已成为制约农牧民生产发展、生活水平提高的重要因素。为此,呼伦贝尔市草业应以国家西部大开发生态环境建设为契机,以畜牧业增产、农牧民增收为目的,强力推进草业生产,"十五"期间,重点实现六大突破、建设六大示范区、推广六项生产技术、实施六大保障措施、开发十个牧草新品种、培育一个草产品大市场,力争在短时间内恢复和改善呼伦贝尔市草原生态环境,实现生态、经济、社会协调发展。

Deterioration and desertification was increasingly serious,for farmers and shepherd,it had become a key factor for developing and improving living standard these years. Therefor,grasped the challenge of China West Development,aimed to develop animal husbandry and increase farmers'incoming,it's necessary to strengthen production,shot at restoring or improving ecological environment of Hulunbeir grassland in a short time.The emphases were realizing six breakthroughs,constructing six models,spreading six technologies,applying six guarantees, breeding ten forage varies and cultivating a great grass market.
