摘    要:[目的]探讨不同水分处理下防护林树种的生理特性.[方法]试验设置4种不同沟灌处理(180 m3、250 m3、250 m3覆膜、500 m3灌溉量),以正常灌溉量为对照,对胡杨、白榆、俄罗斯杨及沙枣进行生理指标测定.[结果]180 和250 m3/667 m2水分条件下防护林树种叶水势急剧下降,但250(覆膜) m3/667 m2下降不明显;180 和250 m3灌溉量水分处理下气孔密度大于250 m3覆膜、500 m3灌溉量,气孔面积正好相反;叶片相对电导率,叶片渗透调节物质脯氨酸和可溶性糖上升,丙二醛(MDA)的含量先上升后下降.[结论] 不同水分处理下,250(覆膜) m3/667 m2处理的防护林树种离体叶片的叶水势下降不明显;叶片相对电导率、渗透调节物质脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量及MDA的活性与正常灌溉的差异不显著.

Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the physiological characteristics of the tree species of protection forest under different water treatment.【Method】Four different furrow irrigation treatments(with 180 m3,250 m3,250 m3 mulched and 500 m3 irrigation volume,respectively) were set,and using normal irrigation volume as contrast,the physiological index of Populus euphratica Ulms pumila L.Populus russkii Jabl and Elaegnus oxycarpa Schlecht were measured.【Result】The leaves water potential of the protection forest tree species decreased rapidly with 180 m3/667 m2 and 250 m3/667 m2 water treatment.But the decrease was not obvious with water treatment of 250 m3/667 m2 under mulched condition.The stoma density for water treatment of 180 m3 and 250 m3 irrigation volumes was larger than that of 250 m3 under mulched condition and 500 m3,and the porosity area is just the opposite;the relative conductivity of the leaves,the osmoregulation substance of soluble sugar and proline content were increased,and the content of MDA first increased and then decreased.【Conclusion】Under different water treatment,the water potential of the leaves of protection forest tree species treated with 250 m3/667 m2(mulched condition) did not have an obvious decrease.There was not a significant difference in the relative conductivity,osmoregulation substance of proline content,soluble sugar content and MDA activity of the leaves between this treatment and normal irrigation volume.
