清香型绿茶生产试验初报

摘    要:为了有效利用夏秋季茶树鲜叶资源,进行了清香型绿茶生产试验。试验结果表明,开展清香型绿茶工艺生产,可以明显提高夏秋茶产量和品质,降低茶叶生产成本,缓解采制用工紧缺矛盾,提升经济效益。

Abstract:A processing technique was developed to prepare green tea to as to improve the quality of Summer and Autumn tea products.The results showed that the fragrance and taste were improved by the process,accompanying the reduction in labor force and production cost.
