摘    要:为探讨注射猪生长激素释放因子基因 (pGRF)对早期断奶仔猪生产性能、肠粘膜及免疫功能的影响 ,选取 4周龄杜长大同窝断奶仔猪 8头 (6 .2 7± 1 .1 9kg) ,等分为两组 ,日粮分高、低两个水平 ,做一对比试验 ,试验期 2 1天。结果表明 :断奶后注射组仔猪ADG第 1、2周及 1~ 2周分别增加 2 8.57g、2 5 .0 1g和 2 6 .79g ;饲料转化率 1、2周分别提高 33 .80 %和 1 7.33 % ;N沉积率第 1、2及 1~ 2周分别增加 3 .67%与 5 .1 3 %和 1 6 .96 % ;绒毛长度增加 1 9.71 % ;血清IgG含量在断奶时、第 1周末和第 2周末分别增加 3 .82 %、9.90 %和 8.1 9%。

Abstract:This study was conducted to investigate the effects of pGRF gene on the production performance,immunity and gastrointestinal development of early|weaned piglets.Eight consanguine crossbred pigs(D×L×Y)weaned at 28 days of age post|born were randomly allotted by initial weight and sex to two treatments(nl=n2).The nutrient level included high and low.The experiment lasted three weeks.The results showed that the pGRF improved the ADG of piglets in the injected group 28.57g.25.01g and 26.79g respectively in the first week ,second week and 1~2weeks;Feed efficiency(FE)was increased by 33.80% and 17.33% respectively in the first week and in the second week;the retention of N was improved 3.67%,5.13% and 16.96% respectively;Moreover,the length of the villioma in the injected group was improved 19.71% at the same time the level of IgG was increased 3.82%,9.90% and 8.19% at the time of weaningm,at the first and the second weekend post|born respectively.
