苄醇类化合物氯代反应的研究

摘    要:目的]研究苄醇类化合物的氯代反应。方法]采用氯化亚砜一三乙胺-DMF体系对苄醇类化合物进行氯代反应。结果]结果表明,苄醇类化合物在氯化亚砜-三乙胺-DMF体系中反应2.0~40min时,收率为92%~98%,副产物少,无焦化产物。结论]氯化亚砜-三乙胺-DMF体系具有良好的反应收率,且反应时间短,条件温和,对于苄醇的氯代反应速率快。

Study on Chlorination of Benzyl Alcohol

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to study chlorination of benzalcohol derivatives.Method]The chlorination of benzyl alcohol was made with protochloridesulfone-triethylamine-DMF system.Result]The results indicated that the yield was 92%-98% when the time of chlorination reaction between benzalcohol derivatives and protochloride-sulfone-triethylamine-DMF was 20-40 min.The outgrowth was less,and non-coking products.Conclusion]Experiments showed that the system of protochloride-sulfone-triethylamine-DMF have excellent reaction yield,the short reaction time,mild conditions and faster speed.
