摘    要:本文以濒危植物矮沙冬青(Ammmopiptanthus nanus(M.Pop.) Cheng f.)的种子为试材,研究不同贮藏条件和盐分胁迫对其发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数的影响,结果表明:矮沙冬青种子为正常型种子,室温贮藏18个月仍有较高的种子活力,5℃低温贮藏可明显提高矮沙冬青种子活力及萌发整齐度,加速种子萌发进程。矮沙冬青种子萌发期具有一定的耐盐性,耐盐极限浓度为0.3 mol/L,耐盐致死浓度为0.45 mol/L,其种子萌发率、下胚轴长、发芽指数、活力指数与盐浓度均呈极显著负相关。

Abstract:We study on the effects of salt stress and storage on seed germination of Ammmopiptanthus nanus ( M. Pop. ) Cheng f. The result show that the seed ofAmmmopiptanthus nanus ( M. Pop. ) Cheng f. belongs to normal seed, the seed viability deelined slowly even store at room temperature, and still maintained high germination percentage after storing for 18 months. While stored in low temperature 5℃ ) can obviously improve its seed viability and seed germination rate, and prompt the germination course. The germination percentage and germination recovery percentage were examined to determine the effect of salt stress on germination. The results showed that concentrations below 0. 25 moL/L NaCl solution have little impact on the germination pereentage. However, the germination rate decreased with the concentration inereased from 0. 25 mol/L. When NaCl concentrations exceed 0. 3 mol/L seed can not germinate anY longer, when removing the salt stress, the seed of Ammmopiptanthus nanus ( M. Pop. ) Cheng f. still has a lower ability to germinate. But when exceed 0. 45 mol/L, seed can not be recovery germinated, it states that the seeds have lost ability to germinate permanently. There was a strong negative relationship between germination percentage, under hypoeotyl length, germination index, viability index and salt concentrations.
