摘    要:采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术对家榆的挥发物进行了吸附萃取,探讨了不同性质涂层的固相微萃取头对家榆挥发物的吸附效果。结果表明,DVB/CAR/PDMS涂层的萃取头对家榆挥发物的萃取效果好于CAR/PDMS和PDMS涂层的萃取头;萃取时间和萃取温度对家榆挥发物不同组分的萃取量也有影响。萃取的家榆挥发物经气谱质谱联用(GC-MS)共鉴定出16种成分,质量分数最高的组分为3-己烯乙酸酯(50.35%),其它质量分数较高的组分还有3-庚烯丁酸酯(15.59%)、反-β-罗勒烯(14.81%)、4,8-二甲基-1,3,7-壬三烯(11.97%)、石竹烯(2.78%)和3-己烯-α-甲基丁酸酯(1.84%)。

Abstract:Solid phase microextraction (SPME)technique was applied to extract the volatiles of Ulmus pumila. Different coated fiber have different adsorption effects on U. pumila volatiles. DVB/CAR/PDMS fiber shows better extraction effects than CAR/PDMS and PDMS fiber. Extract duration and extraction temperature also have influence on the extraction quantity of U. pumila volatiles. After the volatiles were isolated by GC-MS, 16 kinds of components were identified, and the main component is 3-hexen-1-ol, acetate(50.35%), minor components are butanoic acid 3-hexenyl ester(15.59%), trans-beta-Ocimene(14.81%), 4,8-dimethyl-1,3,7-nontriene(11.97%), caryophyllene(2.78%)and 3-hexenyl-alpha-methybutyrate(1.84%).
