| 摘 要： | 单板热压斜接机是木材加工企业为满足生产不同尺寸的胶合板及提高木材利用率而设计的.本文主要研究一种基于可编程控制器(PLC)和变频器伺服控制方式的控制系统及其硬件和软件的设计,通过合理设计提高了控制精度,使系统运行安全可靠,维护方便.

| Abstract: | The veneer scarf-jointing press machine was designed by the wood manufacture,which in order to satisfy the different size plywood and improve the value of the wood.This article mainly researched a control system which based the PLC and servo transducer,it introduced the design principle of the system hardware and software and improved the precision to make the system operation safe and easy maintenance through the reasonable design of hardware and software. |
