摘    要:【研究目的】为了研究CO2施肥对超积累植物生长和积累金属能力的影响。【方法】在温室内对不同Cu浓度土壤中生长的印度芥菜进行两种不同浓度的CO2施肥试验,【结果】通过结果表明CO2施肥能促进Cu污染土壤中印度芥菜的生长和发育,当土培中不添加Cu时,1200μL/L和800μL/L处理组分别比对照组的印度芥菜提前了3d和2d开花;各CO2处理组的植株高度与对照组呈极显著差异,收获时最大单叶面积、叶片数和干物质重均比对照组有所增加,其中1200μL/L处理植株与对照植株的叶片数达极显著差异,叶面积和根重达显著性差异,各处理组的地上部干重均比对照组有显著的增加。CO2施肥处理也显著地增加植株体内对Cu的积累,两处理组植株根中Cu含量均显著高于对照组,且两处理组的植株根中Cu浓度也达到了极显著水平。CO2施肥处理同样也促进了植株茎、叶对Cu的积累,并在CO2 800μL/L、Cu 100mg/kg试验条件时最高,分别达到茎:13696mg/kg干重、叶:4589mg/kg干重。此外,试验还表明,CO2施肥能增加Cu在印度芥菜体内积累的叶根比,说明CO2施肥有利Cu由根向植物叶子的运输。【结论】印度芥菜对Cu有很好的超积累能力,CO2施肥能促进印度芥菜的生长,增加植株体内对Cu的积累和叶根比。

Abstract:【OBJECTIVE】In order to learn the effects of carbon dioxide on the growth and Cu accumulation of Indian Mustard growing on copper contaminated Soil. 【METHOD】Indian mustard grew on soil containing different Cu concentrations in greenhouse were conducted in the present thesis. Two levels of CO2 treatments were used in homemade close CO2 chambers. 【RESULTS】After short-term and large numbers of experiments, it was found that enriching CO2 promoted growth and development of plants. Without the addition of Cu, the Indian mustard at the CO2 concentration of 1200μL/L and 800μL/L came into blossom ahead of the control for 3d and 2d, respectively. The heights of plants with and without CO2 enrichment were different markedly. The maximum areas, the numbers and the dry weights of the plant leaves with CO2 enrichment were increased than the control. The leaf numbers of plants under CO2 concentration of 1200μL/L had very significant difference with the control. The leaf areas and the root weights had significant difference and the dry weights of shoots increased prominently. With CO2 enrichment, significant increases in Cu accumulation were occurred in Indian mustard and Cu concentrations of the roots were higher than the control. Furthermore, there was very significant difference between Cu concentrations at two CO2 concentration levels, but it is not a linear relation between the concentrations of CO2 fertilization and the accumulation of Cu in the plant. Under CO2 concentration of 800μL/L and Cu concentration of 100mg/kg, the mean concentration in stems and leaves of Cu reached the maximum of 13696mgCu/Kg dry weight in stems and 4589mg Cu/kg dry weight in leaves, respectively. Meanwhile, the copper leaf/root ratio significantly increased with CO2 fertilization. The results showed that carbon dioxide fertilization was propitious to the transportation of Cu from roots to stems. 【CONCLUSION】CO2 fertilization can promote the growth of Indian mustard and increase the accumulations of Cu in the plants. Meanwhile, the copper leaf/root ratio significantly increased with CO2 fertilization.
