| 摘 要： | 从广东省679份水稻纹枯病样中分离到576个丝核菌状菌株,其中536个菌株为多核丝核菌,属于Rhizoctonia solaniAG-1 IA,20个为双核丝核菌,20个为小菌核菌(Sclerotiumspp.Tode)。广东省水稻纹枯病菌的培养性状存在丰富的多样性,菌株间菌丝宽度、生长速度和细胞核数存在明显的差异。菌株的菌丝宽度和生长速度在不同地区和县市间没有显著差异,细胞核数有明显的差异。

| Abstract: | 576 Rhizoctonia-like strains are isolated from 679 rice samples of Rhizoctonia solani,among them 536 strains belong to Rhizoctonia solani AG-1 IA,20 strains are binucleate Rhizoctonia spp.,and the other 20 strains are Sclerotium spp.There is rich diversity in the cultural traits of R.solani strains from Guangdong province,significant differences in hyphal width,radial growth rate and nuclear number of R.solani among the strains are found.While there is no significant difference in hyphal width,radial growth rate of mycelium among the strains from various areas and counties,but nuclear number of R.solani has significant difference. |
