| 摘 要： | 城乡结合的农村消费市场已经成为电子商务运营商关注的目标。通过分析＂世纪之村＂农村综合信息服务平台的开展模式,以及农村电子政务与农村电子商务有机结合、协调发展的方式,探讨了在农村培养电子商务消费习惯及建设农村电子商务开展环境的措施,并提出了有效促进农村电子商务在物流、技术、信用体系等方面开展农村电子政务的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,rural-urban fringe zone market has been the target of the new e-business service provider.In the paper,by analyzing the operation mode of ＂the village of century＂ information platform serve for rural market,as well as the combination way and harmonious development between rural e-government administration and rural e-business,the measure to develop the E-business consuming habit and environment of constructing e-business in rural area were discussed.Finally,how e-government can promote e-business developing by developing the logistics,technology,credit system was proposed. |
