| 摘 要： | 阐述了人本管理的含义和概念,探讨了人本管理中＂人＂的范围,指出了馆员和读者都是图书馆管理的目的所在,列举了国内图书馆在馆员的继续教育、图书馆免费服务、主动为读者提供个性化服务和馆藏资源的开放化程度等方面与国外图书馆人本管理理念上存在的差距。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the meaning and concept of humanistic management was described,and the range of ＂human＂ in the humanistic management was discussed,and it was pointed out that the librarians and readers were the whole purpose of library management.The difference of humanistic management ideas between domestic libraries and foreign libraries such as continued education of librarians,free services,personalized services for readers and the degree of openness of library resources were proposed. |
