摘    要:在研究了杏树气孔日开张规律的基础上,进行了几种抗蒸腾剂在杏树上的作用效果的试验。结果表明:杏气孔最大开张度的出现时间为上午10:00—11:00;10~(-2)M的亚硫酸氢钠、氯化钙、醋酸、8—羟基喹啉从喷后第二天起三天内均显著抑制气孔开张;亚硫酸氢钠、氯化钙和农用矮壮素对蒸腾有明显抑制作用,可使蒸腾下降22~28%,且浓度越高,蒸腾下降越多。与对照相比,三种药剂均能显著提高叶水势。

Abstract:On the basis of studyig diurnal laws of stornatal operture, the effects of several antitranspirants on apricots were investigated, the results from which indicated that maximum stomatal operture occured between 10:00-11:00 in the morning; 10-2 sodium hydrogensulfite, calcium chloride, acetic acia, 8-hydroxyquiline inhibited stomatal openiug significantly or very significantly after the forliar application in three days after the second day; and sodium hydrogensulfite, calcium chloride, chlorocholine chloride (CCC) inhibited transpiration, causing a decrease of 22-28% in transpiration. The higher the concentration was, the faster was transpiraltion reduced. As compared with the controlled one, three kinds of chemicas can increase leaf water potential.
