温度对油桃休眠花芽H2O2含量和呼吸代谢的影响

摘    要:以油桃(Prunus persicavar.Maxin)为试材,研究了温度对油桃休眠花芽内H2O2含量和呼吸代谢的影响。结果表明,低温使休眠期桃花芽内H2O2含量升高,而打破休眠结束后,H2O2含量下降;自然低温下的休眠期花芽呼吸强度呈上升趋势,不同呼吸途径的变化不同,PPP占总呼吸的比率呈上升趋势,TCA所占总呼吸的比率在整个休眠期基本保持不变,EMP所占总呼吸的比率呈明显的下降趋势,TCA占主导地位;高温抑制休眠期花芽的呼吸代谢。

Abstract:In order to discuss the rest-breaking mechanism of flower bud,the effect of temperature was studied on H2O2 content and respiration with dormant flower buds,using nectarines(Prunus persica var.Maxin) as materials.The results showed that the treatments with low temperature enhanced the H2O2 content of flower buds in dormancy,and the H2O2 content decreases after rest released.The reason for rest released may be the H2O2 content increasing.The rate of respiration of flower buds continued to raise during the course of releasing dormancy.Among of which,the rate of phosphogluconic acid pathway(PPP) was also increased,but the rate of EMP pathway was decreased,and the rate of Tricarboxylic Acid cycle(TCA) was the main and changed little.High temperature decreased the rate of respiration of flower buds.
