超声波法提取沙棘叶总黄酮最佳工艺的研究

摘    要:在单因素试验基础上,以总黄酮的得率为评价指标,对乙醇浓度、提取时间、超声功率和料液比四因素进行二次通用旋转组合试验设计并通过分析,优化沙棘叶中黄铜类化合物的超声波提取工艺。结果最佳提取条件:提取时间为30.7min,乙醇体积分数为76.04%,超声功率是561.5W,料液比为1:35,此条件下黄酮得率为10.51mg·g-1。在各影响因素合理取值范围内找到最佳得率及其对应的最佳提取条件。

Abstract:Evaluation index to the yield of total flavonoids,the ultrasound-assisted extraction process parameters of flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides leaves aminate were optimized by the quadratic general spinning design on ethanol concentration,extraction time,and the extraction conditions were also optimized according to the single factor experiments.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained: extraction time of 30.7 min,the concentration of ethanol was 76.04%,the ultrasonic power was 561.5 W,solid to liquid ratio was 1∶35,under the conditions of the flavonoids was 10.51 mg·g-1,the optimum extraction yield and extraction conditions could be obtained within proper ranges of influencing factors.
