农业灾害的相关立法研究进展

农业对于我们国家来说是基础性产业,但我国的农业由于种种原因,遭受各种灾害的频率较高且影响较大,要逐渐减小这种影响,除了加快整个农业,包括生产、经营、管理、技术、设备以及农业劳动者等的现代化进程外,法律所具有的无法比拟的强制保障作用以及它的及时跟进、配套实施等已经受到政府及相关专家学者的格外重视.现有研究主要包括了对国外农业灾害的相关立法研究和对国内农业灾害的相关立法研究,这些研究给了我们很多的借鉴与启示,同时也给后人留下了继续研究与拓展的空间.

The Progress of Relevant Legislation of Agricultural Disaster

Agriculture is the foundation of our national industry,but the agriculture of China due to various reasons,suffers a high frequency of disasters and a greater impact,to gradually reduce this effect,in addition to speed up the whole of agriculture,including production,operation,management,technology,equipment,modernization of people,etc.,the law can not be compared with the force protection role and its timely follow-up,has been supporting the implementation of the Government and other relevant experts and scholars of the extra attention.The existing research mainly includes foreign agricultural disaster to the relevant legislation and domestic agricultural disaster legislation research,these studies gave us a lot of reference and enlightenment,and has left us continue to research and development space.
