| 摘 要： | 绥化市是黑龙江省的农业大市,新农村建设过程中环境问题突出,主要表现在水土流失严重,农药、化肥污染,工业和生活废物污染。针对污染问题提出建立农村生态环境监测体系、废物的资源化利用、使用可降解农业薄膜、大力发展绿色农业等措施。

| Abstract: | Suihua city was an agricultural city in Heilongjiang province,whose environmental problem was projecting in the procedure of new rural construction such as soil and water loss,insecticides and chemical fertilizer pollution,industry and living rubbish pollution.According to the pollution,this article put forward to construct the environment monitoring system,utilize rubbish as a resource,use degradable agricultural membrane and develop green agriculture. |
