臭氧—生物活性炭深度处理石化废水的试验研究

摘    要:试验通过Bio-SAC生物反应器、高效纤维过滤器、臭氧活性炭过滤器等工艺组合将大庆某石化公司二级生物处理后的废水进行深度处理。试验结果表明经该系统处理后的污水完全满足循环冷却水的水质要求,Bio-SAC生物反应器对二级生物处理后水中残留难降解有机物仍有较强的降解能力,臭氧化生物活性炭在去除有机物、色度、浊度、饱和周期方面均优于普通生物活性炭。

Abstract:In this experiment,the technology combination including Bio-SAC bioreactor,effecient fibre filter,ozone-biological activated carbon filter was used to deep treat wastewater after secondary biological treatment of petrochemical plant in Daqing city.The results indicated that the wastewater after treatment could meet the demands of water quality standard of circulating cooling water,Bio-SAC reactor had still high degradation capacity for residual refractory organism of water after secondary biological treatment,ozone-biological activated carbon was superior to normal biology carbon in the aspect of removal of organism,chroma,turbidity and saturated cycle.
