氮对马铃薯防御酶系活性及抗性的影响

摘    要:应用比较生理学方法,以2个对晚疫病抗性不同的马铃薯品种为材料,研究了不同施氮水平对马铃薯防御酶系活性以及对抗性的影响。结果表明,在自然发病条件下,当施纯氮量为135 kg.hm-2时,叶片内PPO、POD和PAL防御酶的活性最高,且晚疫病发生程度较轻。因此认为,不同施氮水平对3种防御酶系活性有明显的影响,最佳的施氮水平调节PPO、POD和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的活性,氮与马铃薯抗性有关。研究从防御酶活性变化方面阐明马铃薯抗晚疫病的生理基础,为马铃薯抗病生理选择合理的施肥水平提供理论依据。

Abstract:Effects of fertilizer with different nitrogen levels was studied on defense enzyme activity and resistance of potato by method of comparative physiology,using two potato varieties of different late blight resistance as materials.The results showed that,under natural field conditions,when the quantity of pure nitrogen fertilizer was 135 kg·hm-2,defense enzyme activity of PPO,POD and PAL in leaves was the highest,and the late blight was on lesser extent.Thus,different nitrogen fertilizer levels obviously affected on activities of 3 kinds of defensive enzymes,the best nitrogen level regulated activity of PPO,POD and beta-1,3-glucanase,nitrogen related to potato resistance.The study clarified physiological basis of potato late blight resistance from the changes of defense enzyme activity and provided the theoretical basis of choosing proper fertilization level.
