摘    要:选择适合的生鲜农产品配送模式,是连锁超市降低物流成本,提高物流配送效率的关键。针对连锁超市生鲜农产品业务的快速发展与其盲目选择物流配送模式的矛盾现状,采用AHP和模糊综合评判法为研究方法,构建连锁超市生鲜农产品配送模式的评判决策指标体系,用AHP法确定指标权重,克服了模糊综合评判法的缺陷,建立评判矩阵并进行综合评判,选取有代表性的6家连锁超市进行实证研究,验证决策方法的实际应用性,对各项指标评判得分进行具体分析,得出每种配送模式的指标成因及适用性。

Abstract:Selecting suitable fresh agricultural products distribution mode was the key reducing logistics cost of the chain supermarket and improving logistics efficiency.According to the contradictory situation of the rapid development and the blind choice of logistics distribution mode of the chain supermarket fresh agricultural products,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the research method to build the evaluation index system chain of fresh agricultural product of supermarket distribution model.AHP method was used to determine index weight,the defects of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was overcome to set up the evaluation matrix and comprehensive evaluation.6 typical chain supermarkets were selected for empirical research to verify practical application of decision method and the specific analysis of various indicators evaluation scores obtained indicator causes and applicability of each kind of distribution mode.
