蒙古苍耳子化学成分研究Ⅱ

摘    要:采用色谱方法分离,通过波谱学方法鉴定结构,研究蒙古苍耳子的化学成分。从乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到8个化合物,其中5个黄酮类化合物,2个为甾体类化合物,1个为糖苷类化合物,鉴定结构分别为:5,7,4’-三羟基-3’,5'-二甲氧基黄酮(1),3,5,3'-三羟基-6,7,4'-三甲氧基黄酮(2),3,5,6,7,3'-五羟基-4’-甲氧基黄酮(3),槲皮素(4),芹菜素(5),羽扇豆醇(6),豆甾醇(7)和5,3’,4'-三羟基-7-氧-β-D-葡萄糖苷(木犀草素-7-0-β-D-葡萄糖苷)luteolin-7-0-β-D-glucoside(8)。首次从蒙古苍耳中分离得到化合物1-8。

Abstract:To study the chemical constituents of Xanthium mongolicum Kitag,the compounds were isolated with column chromatography.The structures were determined by spectroscopic techniques.Eight compounds were isolated from the Xanthium mongolicum,five compounds were flavones,two compounds were steroids and a compound was indican.Their structure elucidated as(1)8 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3′,5′-dimethoxyflavane(2) 3,5,3′-trihydroxy-6,7,4′-trimethoxy flavone(3) 3,5,6,7,3′-hydroxy-4′-methoxy dihydroflavones(4) Quercitin(5) apigenin(6) lupeol(7) stigmasterol(8) luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside.Compounds 18 were isolated from this kind of plant for the first time.
