摘    要:以罗汉果雌雄株叶片为材料,用90个随机引物进行筛选,其中S60和S90扩增得到3条雄株特异性片段.将这3条差异片段回收、克隆及测序,获得的序列分别为305bp、405bp和746bp.序列分析结果表明,这3个片段为罗汉果中新发现的DNA序列,与一些动物的性染色体有较高的同源性.该结果为进一步将RAPD标记转换成更稳定的SCAR标记,用于罗汉果早期性别的鉴别研究提供了条件.

Abstract:The molecular markers related to sex locus in Siraidia grosvenorii were screened by using RAPD technique with 90 random primers.3 male specific fragments were amplified by S60 and S90 random primers.305bp,405bp and 746bp sequences were identified through recycle,clone and sequence analysis.The results showed that the specific sequences were found for the first time in Siraidia grosvenorii,which shared a high homology in base sequences with the sex chromosome in animals.This study provided fundation for the ...
