紫菜苔色素的提取工艺研究

摘    要:以紫菜苔为材料,研究紫菜苔色素的提取和纯化工艺,为紫菜苔色素的推广应用提供理论基础和试验数据。结果表明,水浴提取的最佳工艺条件:水浴温度90℃,水浴时间3.0h,水浴固液比1:5,提取率2.6%。微波提取的最佳工艺条件:微波时间5min,微波火力中高火,微波固液比1:5,提取率1.2%。

Study on Extraction Technology of Brassica Campestris Pigment
Abstract:The brassica campestris was used as raw material,the extraction and purification craft of the brassica campestris pigment were studied,and some theoretics base and experiment data were provided for the application of the brassica campestris pigment.The results showed that the optimum technique of extracting water condition was:the ratio of liquid weight to solid weight 1:5 for 3.0 h at 90 ℃,the yield of the extracted pigment 2.6%.The optimum microwave extraction craft were:microwave time 5 min,microwave firepower,middle-high fire,the ratio of liquid weight to solid weight 1:5,the yield of the extracted pigment 1.2%.
