摘    要:建立了综合考虑带孔PVC风管的管道结构特性、入口静压、气流量、空气性能及舍内压力等参数对送风均匀性影响的计算模型,并在模型中首次运用了温度修正方程对管内空气参数进行修正,减少了计算误差。通过对五组不同孔口分布的带孔PVC风管的送风均匀性试验,推荐了在孔口气流一致性误差允许范围(±10%)内带孔PVC风管的工程设计参数。

Abstract:A mathematical model for designing even hole air discharge of perforated PVC film duct was set up. In the model, structure characteristic of duct, static pressure, flow rate and air performance of entrance and air pressure of animal house were considered comprehensively. An equation for modifying temperature inside duct was first used in this model and the calculated error was decreased greatly. Through the characteristic experiment to five PVC film ducts with different hole spacing, a series of design parameter was recommended under the allowable error(±10%)of hole discharged air volume per unit length.
