摘    要:研究了水稻幼苗期利用不同浓度锌处理对幼苗生长及体内SOD、POD活性的影响。结果表明:在水稻幼苗2叶1心期,喷施1.0mg/L的锌溶液能够促进幼苗的生长发育,苗高、根长、苗鲜重、根鲜重及根系活力均显著提高,分别比对照增加23.05%、10.74%、29.77%2、3.27%和89.97%;根内的SOD、POD活性比对照增加243.48%和43.60%,叶片中的SOD、POD活性分别比对照增加172.77%和75.35%。根据试验结果建议,在水稻幼苗期喷施锌溶液,浓度以1.0 mg/L为宜。

Abstract:The effect of the treatment with different Zn2 concentrations on rice seedling growth and activity of SOD and POD was studied.The results showed that with treatment of 1.0 mg/L Zn2 concentration at rice seedling 2 leaves and 1 heart period,the height of seedling,length of root,fresh weight of seedling and root,and vigor of roots were increased by23.05%,10.74%,29.77%,23.27% and 89.97% respectively.Also the activity of SOD and POD of root was increased by 243.48% and 43.6% respectively.The activity of SOD and POD of leaf was increased by 172.77% and 75.35%% respectively.According to the results of this experiment,it was suggested that the best Zn2 concentration sprayed on rice seedlings growth period was1.0 mg/L.
