| Abstract: | This paper discusses the history of French agricultural policy, the agricultural policies and management systems of France and EU members, as well as the reforms of their agricultural policies. It also makes an introduction to the socialized agriculture service system of France. The paper then points out that the agricultural policy and agriculture service of France and EU are of reference value for the development of China's agriculture. |
