摘    要:介绍了减压贮藏的原理和特点。阐述了低压条件下果蔬的生理生化变化和低压条件对果蔬贮藏品质的影响以及减压贮藏设施的研究现状。讨论了减压贮藏研究和应用中存在的问题,展望了其发展前景。

Abstract:The principle and characteristics of hypobaric storage are introduced briefly in the paper. The changes of physiological and biochemical and the effects of storage quality under condition of hypobaric storage are expounded. The equipments of hypobaric storage in China are summarized. The problems and prospect of hypobaric storage are discussed as well.
