| 摘 要： | 无论用什么思路和模式推动新农村建设,都要以提高农民素质、培育新型农民为基础,否则难以真正而持久地实现农村社会的全面进步。分析了培育新型农民在新农村建设中的基础作用,并提出有关对策和建议。

| Abstract: | At present,the mode of new rural construction actively is explored and practiced in China.And the basic point is to improve the diathesis of peasant and cultivate a large number of new farmers.Otherwise,the overall progress of the rural society can't realize really and lastingly.This kind of foundation function was emphatically discussed and the basic path to develop new farmer was put forwand. |
