五种储粮害虫11个品系的磷化氢抗性测定

摘    要:本文运用FAO(1975)推荐的测定储粮害虫磷化氢抗性的方法,对米象、谷蠹、赤拟谷盗、平米象和锯谷盗五种储粮害虫的11个品系进行毒力测定,得出它们的LC50值,米象的LS2和GDSo,玉米象HNZZSz—l和GDGZSz—l,谷蠢的QQRd和Rd一7,赤拟谷盗的QQTc-4、SDQHTc—l和HNSQTc—l以及锯谷盗VOs48和HNNYOs—1等11个品系的磷化氢致死中浓度(LC50)分别为0.0088和1.3006,0.0057和0.0058,0.0042和1.3779,0.0047、2.1009和0.9926以及0.0073和0.00090mg/L。其中磷化氢敏感品系为LS2、QQRd、QQTc—4、HNZZSz—l、GDGZSz—l、VOs48和HNNYOs—1;抗性品系为GDSo、RD-7、SDQHTc-l和HNSQTc—l,抗性系数Rf分别为148、327、449和212倍,抗性非常严重。测定结果为今后的磷化氢抗性研究工作提供了基础数据。

Abstract:The phosphine LC 50 of 11 strains in 5 species of stored grain insects,Sitophilus oryzae (Linnaeus),S.zeamais Motschulsky,Rhyzopertha dominica (Fabricius),Tribolium castaneum (Herbst) and Oryzaephilus surinamensis (Linnaeus) were detected thrugh the method recommended by (FAO).The values of LC 50 of LS 2 and GDSo strains of S.oryzae,HNZZSz-1 and GDGZSz-1 strains of S.zeamais,QQRd and Rd-7 strains of R.dominica,QQTc-4,SDQHTc-1 and HNSQTc-1 strains of T.castaneum,and VOs48 and HNNYOs-1 strains of O.surinamensis were 0.0088 and 1.3006,0.0057 and 0.0058,0.0042 and 1.3779,0.0047,2.1009 and 0.9926,0.0073 and 0.0090(mg/L) respectively.LS2,HNZZSz-1,GDGZSz-1,QQRd,QQTc-4,VOs48 and HNNYOs-1 were susceptible strains.GDSo,Rd-7,SDQHTc-1 and HNSQTc-1 were resistant strains to phosphine,and they had resistant factors of 148,327,449 and 212 times.The results showed that they had a serious resistance to phosphine,and the results provided baseline of phosphine resistance of these strains cultured in laboratory of Zhengzhou Institute of Technology for studying phosphine resistance further.
