| 摘 要： | 本文详细地说明了如何利用计算机VB语言来模拟牛羊胴体冷却及冷冻过程中温度与时间的关系。并描述了编辑这个程序的基本思路，从理论上全面地分析了牛羊胴体在冷却与冷冻过程中温度与时间的函数关系及其在实际生产中的作用。

| Abstract: | It was introduced detailedly how to use VB language of computer to simulate the relationship between temperature and time during cooling and freezing of carcase of bovine and lamb.Following,essential idea of editing the program was described and it was analysed generally that the function relation between temperature and time during cooling and freezing of carcase of bovine and lamb in theory,and explained the function in practice. |
