| 摘 要： | 以项目周边的交叉口为主要评价对象，路段评价为辅的研究思路，提出交通影响度的模型与相应的评价方法。结合哈尔滨市某住宅建设项目为研究实例，对其周边路网的交通现状进行分析，评价进行提出改善路网交通状况的措施，并使用VISSIM交通仿真软件对改善效果进行评价。

| Abstract: | According to the actual traffic situation, the model of traffic impact degree analysis and the corresponding evaluation method were established with the road intersection as the main impact object and section evaluation as the subsidiary object. Taking a residence construction project in Harbin for an example, regression analysis was used to conduct traffic forecast and the present traffic situation of the road network around was analyzed. Traffic impact level was selected as the index and measures to improve the traffic situation of road network was proposed. Finally, the improvement effect was evaluated by traffic simulation software VISSIM. |
