摘    要:本文在概括、总结干旱区生态需水量的概念体系基础上 ,对民勤不同水平年生态需水量采用阿维里扬诺夫方法作了初步估算 ,结果表明存在其他用水挤占生态用水的情况。并从可持续发展的角度提出 ,节水治污、跨流域调水、加快产业结构调整和合理利用分配水资源是民勤今后发展的惟一出路。并以此为基础 ,提出民勤退化生态的重建 ,将民勤分为三个区 ,对不同分区的生态重建模式进行了探讨。

Abstract:Basied on the generalizing and summering the domestic and international research on the concept and calculation method of water demand of ecosystem, this research defined calculation method of water demand of ecosystem in arid Minqin, and primarily estimated the least demand water of natural vegetation in Aweliyongrufe Method in different years. The result indicated that the other water use occupy the ecological water. And under the view of sustainable development,it was considered that economizing water, control of pollution, getting water from other watershed, adjusting industrial frame quickly and utilizing water in reason were the only way to develop the Minqin. Basied on the above work, the research also defined rebuilding the degenerated ecosystem, and sub-areaed the Minqin, discussed the rebuilding modes of the different sub area.
