| 摘 要： | 采用去壁、低渗、火焰干燥和Ｇｉｅｍｓａ染色制片法对中粒种咖啡和大粒种咖啡的核型进行了分析，结果表明，中粒种咖啡的核型为２ｎ＝２２＝１０ｍ＋１２ｓｍ（２ＳＡＴ），大粒种的核型为２ｎ＝２２＝１２ｍ＋１０ｓｍ（２ＳＡＴ），根据Ｓｔｅｂｂｉｎｓ的核型分类标准，均属于２Ｂ类型。

| Abstract: | Karyotypes of Coffea canephora and C. liberica were observed and analyzed throughwall degradation, hypotonic treatment, flame-drying and staining with Giemsa. Results showedthat the karyotape formulas were 2n=22 =10m + l2sm(2SAT)for C. canephora and 2n= 22=12m+10sm(2SAT)for C. liberica, The karyotypes of these two Coffea species were of 2B typeaccording to the Stebbins's standards of karyotype classification. |
