中国南瓜营养品质的变化规律和相关性

摘    要:通过对70份中国南瓜种质的嫩瓜和老瓜的营养品质变化规律和相关性研究,探讨了中国南瓜果实发育过程中营养品质变化的规律,以及用简单易测的品质性状对大量育种早代材料进行品质筛选的可行性。结果表明:供试种质材料的品质性状平均变异系数为31.70%。其中嫩瓜VC含量的变异系数最大,为60.07%;嫩瓜含水量的变异系数最小,仅为1.52%。嫩瓜和老瓜的VC、可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量等性状之间的相关系数均达到显著或极显著水平,与含水量均呈负相关。成熟老瓜果实中的营养成分含量总体上要高于嫩瓜。聚类分析可将70份中国南瓜种质分为三类,其中第Ⅱ类为优质类群。
