5种景天科地被植物抗旱性比较研究

摘    要:通过对5种景天科地被植物干旱胁迫处理后的丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性总糖含量、相对含水量等指标的观察测定,评定了5种地被植物的抗旱性。结果表明:5种景天科地被植物均有一定的抗旱性,但抗旱性强弱不同,其中胭脂红景天抗旱性最强,其余抗旱性较弱。

Abstract:Based on the measurement of the content of MDA,proline content,water soluble carbohydrate,relative water content of the following five Crassulaceae plants after using drought stress treatment,the drought resistance of those five species were evaluated.The results showed that the drought resistance of Sedum.spurium 'Coccineum' was the strongest;and the drought resistance of others were weaker.
