摘    要:简单论述了在干旱、低温、弱光、有毒气体等多种逆境条件下 ,蔬菜的几个主要生理指标和生理物质的相应变化 ,如 :在蔬菜受到伤害后膜脂过氧化作用中MDA的增加 ;过氧化物酶活性的提高 ;过氧化氢酶的活性在生长、衰老中的变化 ;可溶性蛋白质在低温条件下的增加 ;叶绿素在低温、弱光下的相应减少等

Abstract:This paper simply stated the vegetables in adversity such as drought ,low temperature,weak-light and soon,the variety of several physiological indexes and physiological matter such as the variety of MDA in membrane-lipid peroxidation and the activation of POD and CAT.In the condition as weak-light and low temperature ,the content of chlorophyll was reduced and the soluble protein was increased.
