摘    要:针对货车自动变速器载荷变化幅度大的特点,提出了综合反映载货质量、道路坡度及路面状况的车辆负荷度概念,并利用车辆负荷度,根据动力性换挡规律的最佳换挡点对货车制定了相应的换挡规律;同时对影响换挡规律的载货质量、道路坡度及路面状况进行了分析和比较,解决了货车自动变速器不同于轿车自动变速器的一些关键问题。在轻型货车上实验表明,利用车辆负荷度方法来建立换挡规律对车辆载荷及环境变化具有较强的适应性。

Abstract:According to the features of a bigger extent of loading of a truck automatic transmission,the concept of the vehicle loading degree that reflects comprehensively the load-mass and the road slope and road surface condition was advanced,and the relevant shift schedules of the truck that base on the best shift dot of the tractive performance shift schedule were drafted too by use of vehicle loading degree. The comparison and analysis that influence shift schedule parameters such as load-mass and road slope and road surface condition were put forward. Some key problems of the truck automatic transmission which different from sedan cars are solved. The test results from a light truck shows that the method using vehicle load degree to establish shift schedule is suitable to a changing vehicle load and environments.
