| 摘 要： | 中国农产品出口多次遭受绿色贸易壁垒的冲击,部分农产品出口量锐减或完全丧失出口市场,严苛的技术标准、繁杂的检测项目和程序以及绿色认证制度是中国农产品遭受的主要冲击,文章通过对绿色壁垒不利影响的分析,总结了中国农产品出口之所以受制于绿色壁垒的原因,并提出了中国应对绿色贸易壁垒的政策措施,指出在进行标准和认证制度建设的同时,更要重视其落实实施,希望有助于促进中国农产品破除绿色壁垒扩大出口。

| Abstract: | The export of Chinese agricultural products suffered many times through the green trade barrier. Parts of our agricultural products＇ exporting reduced sharply or lost completely. Strictly technical standard, complex tests and green authentication system are the main impacts on Chinese agricultural products. This paper analyses on the disadvantages of the green trade barrier, summarizes the reasons for restricting our exporting, and advances measures to answer it. Pointed out that while carries on the standard and construction of authentication system, we must take it to carry out the implementation, for enlarging our export of agricultural products. |
