摘    要:采用水培试验的方法,探讨了不同锌水平对剑麻幼苗生长发育及生理代谢的影响。研究结果表明,适量的锌可促进剑麻生长发育,高浓度的Zn2 则起抑制作用。同时发现,在一定Zn2 浓度范围内,适量的锌可不同程度地提高剑麻幼苗叶片POD、SOD、CAT及PPO等酶的活性,从而相应地降低剑麻幼苗叶片MDA、O2-的含量;适量的锌还可提高剑麻叶片叶绿素含量,增强光合作用,促进碳水化合物的合成和代谢。

Abstract:Seven levels of zinc(0,0.001,0.0025,0.005,0.01,0.02,0.04,0.08mg/L),using nutrition culture,were given to study the effect of zinc on its growth,development and physiological metabolism in sisal hemp.The results showed that: Effects of zinc on growth in sisal hemp were significant.Lightly zinc could increase the growth and development and the activity of CAT,POD,SOD and PPO in sisal hemp leaves.Accordingly,the levels of MDA and O2-were decreased.Only excessive of zinc could inhibit the growth of sisal hemp.Effects of zinc on roots were different from that on shoots.Application zinc with proper amount could increase the content chlorophyll,the rate of photosynthetic,the synthesis and accumulation of carbohydrate.
