| 摘 要： | 不论中外,图书馆丢书现象都很普遍,传统的实践与研究认为,堵住丢书的漏洞,根本的办法在于加强惩戒型和防范型措施。本文试图从人本理念出发,探索丢书对策的全新构架——人本服务模式,并给出了具体建议。
