蝇蛆肽对大鼠生长及营养物质代谢率的影响

摘    要:选取SD大鼠72只,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、2组、3组分别添加0.2%、0.5%和1.0%的蝇蛆肽,试验期为28 d,测定蝇蛆肽对SD大鼠生长和营养物质代谢率的影响。结果表明,试验期内,试验的3个组平均日增重分别比对照组提高63.71%(P<0.05)、60.48%(P<0.05)、55.65%(P<0.05),3个试验组的料重比分别比对照组降低了36.18%(P<0.05)3、1.67%(P<0.05)2、9.60%(P<0.05);试验1组各种营养物质的代谢率均有提高的趋势(P>0.05);试验2组的CP、CF、Ca、P的代谢率较对照组有显著提高(P<0.05),试验3组的CP、EE、Ca、P的代谢率较对照组有显著提高(P<0.05)。蝇蛆肽的添加量以0.5%较为适宜。
