摘    要:结合人造板生产工艺过程,分析了人造板多层热压机液压系统工作循环中能量转换的特点。提出了降低能耗的新思路,设计了复合快速缸-蓄能器液压系统。经分析、对比,该系统作为人造板多层热压机动力传递装置,明显降低了能耗,节约了能源,并改善了热压机的工作性能。

Abstract:Combined with the product craft process of wood-based panel,this article analyzed the characteristics of energy conversion in the working circulation of wood-based multilayer panel hot press's hydraulic system,brought up a new idea to lower the energy depletion,designed hydraulic system of the compound fast tank-energy reservoir.By analysis and contrast,as the dynamic transmission device of wood-based multilayer panel hot press,obviously,this system will lower the energy depletion,save energy,and improve the working performance of the hot press.
